Our Products
Double Washed Fine Sand
Our premium double washed fine sand is engineered for concrete and mortar joint applications, trusted by top concrete suppliers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Ipswich. Sourced from a vast natural deposit and centrally located, this sand provides consistent quality and durability for large-scale projects. It’s also an excellent choice for topdressing lawns, sports fields, and golf courses, where it can be applied alone or blended with fertilizers for effective drainage.
Bagged Sand
All our sands are available in bulk or in convenient 1-cubic-metre (1.3-tonne) bags, with delivery to your site. These bags are ideal for locations with height, space, or access restrictions, minimizing double handling and mess on construction sites. Easily transported by flatbed crane trucks or on pallets for forklift handling, our bagged sand offers a practical solution for streamlined site management.
Brickies Loam
Our high-quality Brickies Loam is the top choice for bricklayers, offering optimal consistency for smooth, reliable application in all masonry projects. Bio Retention Media
Coastal Sands is a trusted supplier of bio-retention filter media that meets FAWB (Facility for Advancing Water Biofiltration), Water by Design (WSUD), and Healthy Waterways standards. Serving clients from Northern NSW to the Fraser Coast, our bio-retention media is used in residential, commercial, and industrial developments. We offer complete delivery solutions, including drainage gravel and transition layer sand, available in bulk or 1.3-tonne bags. All products are accompanied by technical data sheets and certification for full compliance.
Plasterers Sand
Our fine-grade, creamy off-white Plasterers Sand is ideal for solid plastering and rendering on brick and block walls, providing a smooth, impurity-free finish that’s ready for priming and painting. Free from coffee rock, it helps prevent bleeding through the surface. This versatile sand is also popular as an alternative for artificial beaches, volleyball courts, and for creating white mortar joints when combined with white or off-white cement.
Soft Fall Sand
Our Soft Fall Sand is specially manufactured for playgrounds and childcare sand pits, meeting the Australian Standard AS4422:2016 for Playground Under-surfacing (tested to a height of 2.5 meters).
